We use DHL Express to deliver your package. With this service, the delivery time is 1-2 business days, counted from the day the order was made.

Returns & Replacements
No transaction is complete until you have seen and approved the product. If you are not satisfied with a purchase or no longer want the item, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.
Return the product with all packaging intact within 14 days from the day you received the products and attach a document explaining why you are returning the product. The product must not have been opened.
âme pure® products may only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and still in their original protective cellophane/plastic packaging. Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return if the protective cellophane/plastic/seal packaging is opened.
Please remember that products can only be resold to other customers if they are in as-new condition!
If a product is returned after its sealed packaging has been opened/broken, we cannot accept the return and the item will be sent back to you.
All faults and damages must be marked on the courier’s delivery note and you must notify us within 24 hours to qualify for an exchange. In the event of receiving faulty goods, you must contact us within 24 hours and provide a full description of the product and damages.
If you decide to cancel the order and return the product(s) by post, it is incumbent upon you pay the return fee. Please return your goods using postal services and quote your order number. Fill in the return form, explaining what you are returning, and enclose it with the package. Please save the receipt. Once we have received the undamaged product(s), a full refund will be made to your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the refund should appear in your account within three to seven working days.
Please note that you can only cancel an order once you have received it. Orders cannot be cancelled between shipping and receipt for administrative reasons.
It is your responsibility to pick up the package from the Delivery Access Point or arrange another delivery date within the period stated in the attempted delivery notice. If you are not able to receive the package when delivered to your home or do not pick up your package from the Delivery Access Point, or if you refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us and you may be charged a fee for shipping and administrative costs. If this fee is not paid, the matter will be referred to a debt collection agency.
Deliberate damage in order to justify a false return will not be tolerated and the item will be returned to you by second class post.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Return / administration fees and costs for unclaimed package
It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the package at the Post Office within 14 days, and make an inquiry about the package if needed.
Unclaimed and misdirected packages that are delivered to us will be charged with 14.90 €.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you enter during purchase is correct.
You will cover the new shipping cost if the package is returned due to unknown address, or if you do not pick up the package from the Delivery Access Point, or if you arrange another delivery date within the time period that is stated in the notice, or if you are not able to receive the package when home delivered, or if you reject to accept it.
If you wish to cancel or exchange the received item for another product or change the length of the CIT Roller needles, the package must be unused and unopened. You will need to cover the return shipping costs.
Remember that you, as the customer, bear responsibility for the return until we have received and registered it. Therefore, you should always keep your receipt for the return shipment. Sometimes, up to 14 days can be necessary to receive the return and process it at our warehouse.
If you still have not received the products within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
âme pure® reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend gift cards and orders in the event of suspected fraud, or if cards are mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.
Information Provided by the Online Shop
We strive to provide our customers with information that is as correct as possible. Nevertheless, typos and printing errors can sometimes occur. As a result, we may not always be able to supply products in accordance with information you have received through the online shop, marketing materials or elsewhere.
Discount codes and gift codes (free products)
If the right withdrawal is used on the purchase, any free gift that was included with the purchase also needs to be sent back in unopened condition. If the gift is not returned to âme pure® or if the gift is not in its intact state (the seal is broken, packaging has been opened), the customer will be charged with the original value of the gift.
